Shipping Policy


Thanks for supporting Local Dirt. Every order helps celebrate the trails we love and the communities that take care of them.

Here’s what to expect when placing an order with us.


Order Processing Time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holiday).

Because Local Dirt is a small independent operation, processing times may occasionally extend slightly during busy drops or event weekends—but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Methods

All apparel and standard merchandise orders ship via: USPS Ground Advantage (tracked). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Sticker Orders

Sticker-only orders ship in a stamped envelope without tracking to keep shipping affordable.

Because stamped mail is not trackable:

• delivery times may vary

• tracking is not available

• replacements cannot be guaranteed if delayed or lost in transit

If you need tracked shipping for stickers, please contact us before placing your order.

Preorder Items

Some Local Dirt products are released as limited pre-order runs tied to events or special designs.

For pre-order items:

Orders typically ship within 3 weeks after the pre-order window closes (or specified on the product page).

Production begins once the pre-order period ends, which allows us to make exactly what’s needed and reduce waste.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Local Dirt is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

If you notice an address issue after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the package ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package appears to be missing after delivery:

Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

If you still can’t locate it, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help troubleshoot next steps.

At this time, Local Dirt ships within the United States only.
