Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be stoked on your Local Dirt gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Because many of our products are printed in small batches or limited pre-order runs, our return policy is a little different than large retailers. Here’s how it works.

Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In your email, Include:

• your order number

• a short description of the issue

• a photo of the item

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you need a different size, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll let you know what exchange options are available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because Local Dirt releases many items in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit instead.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items are printed specifically for each release window. Because of this, pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering pre-order products.

Sticker Orders

Sticker purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your sticker order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

• the wrong item was received

• the item arrived damaged

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us with your:

• order number

• item name

• requested exchange (if applicable)
